We purchased this vehicle as a stopgap run-around. The car had only one key when purchased last year, so we have arranged a new key with VW in Hampstead. The car has had a Full Service last November and is due for a six-month service in June, and an MOT in August. A starter motor fault came up, which was investigated and found to be related to an old battery, so we installed a brand-new high-performance battery. The vehicle also has brand-new front brake pads and discs. Rear has most likely another year or more to go. All tyres are within limits and have no bulges. The body is in excellent condition, with two small marks visible in the pictures. A chip on the windshield, the size of a 5p. All in all, an extremely reliable vehicle from a quality manufacturer at a great price. An excellent vehicle, especially considering its age. No majors
