Description
The reluctant sale of my beloved Vauxhall Viva. I purchased this car eight years ago with around 800 miles on the clock and fully intended to keep it forever. The only reason for selling is a required upgrade for the family. Because I planned to own it long-term, it has been driven incredibly gently, meticulously maintained, and never wanted for anything.
MOT: Never failed an MOT.
History: Massive folder of paperwork, service history, factory booklets, 2 keys, and locking wheel nuts present.
Care: I have regularly washed the underside and wheel arches to prevent corrosion. It has just been thoroughly washed, waxed, and vacuumed. There may be a trace of pet dander as I have a dog, but no food or drink has ever been consumed inside.
Full Disclosure & Transparency
I believe in 100% honesty so you can view with total confidence:
Bodywork: There was a minor bumper cosmetic repair done to the front-left prior to my ownership (purchased directly from Marshalls Cambridge like this). It is only visible if the sunlight catches it at a specific angle, but I want the buyer to know.
Age-related wear: It has minor signs of use consistent with age.
Air Conditioning: The AC isn't blowing as cold as it used to. I haven't investigated it as I am selling the vehicle.
Driving & Running Costs
This has been a remarkably cheap car to run. Driven conservatively its whole life, it consistently averages between 59 and 63 mpg. It offers low insurance groups and excellent fuel efficiency, making it an ideal choice for a commuter or a fantastic, reliable first car for a new driver.
It has been a brilliant, loyal car to me, and it's ready for someone else to enjoy.
Open to sensible offers upon viewing.
