Here's my Mini. It's a great car to drive. I'm only selling it because I need to keep our other diesel to tow our caravan and one has to go. It's had a professional valet inside. It's not perfect e.g the aircon needs a sensor, but for local runabout it's all I've needed. It's even been all around Guernsey in the time I've owned it, so it can be driven long distances too. It does superbly on mpg. The bodywork is solid underneath, the suspension is tight, and the tyres have 4mm front, 5mm rear. Oil& filter will be changed before sale, though it's only done 4000 miles since the last change.
