1965 Triumph Herald 1200 - Beautifully Restored Classic - 7,995
A fantastic opportunity to own a charming British classic that's ready to be enjoyed. Just in time for summer!
This 1965 Triumph Herald 1200, kept in my garage, has benefited from a comprehensive restoration approximately 10-11 years ago, including the bodywork, engine, gearbox and differential, and remains in excellent condition throughout. It presents beautifully, with rust-free bodywork and chassis, excellent panels, and a solid, well-maintained underside protected with Lanoguard.
Highlights:
Extensive restoration with supporting history
Engine, gearbox and differential rebuilt
Rust-free body and chassis
Chassis in excellent condition
Panels in superb order with good panel gaps
Brass-cast, chrome-plated headlamp bezels - perfect condition
Drives very well
Soft functions as it should
Approx. 88,000 miles
Good history file documenting restoration work
The car starts, runs and drives well, making it an ideal classic for weekend enjoyment, local shows, or adding to a collection. The soft top is in good usable condition, although a future owner may wish to replace it at some point due to slight fogging in areas of the rear window.
This is an honest, genuine Herald that simply isn't getting the use it deserves. It has been cared for properly and represents excellent value at under 8,000 for a restored example.
Inspection welcome. Serious enquiries invited.
