I am the 1st owner since it was imported to UK in 2022. I chose Prius because I wanted a reliable and fuel efficient car and that's what it has been. Recently passed MOT with no advisories. MOT till April 2027. No major issues, engine and gearbox fine. Current fuel economy based on city driving is 53mpg. Used as a family car doing only about 5,000 annual miles. In April I fitted a new auxiliary starter battery (154GBP, 4yrs warranty). About 1,000miles ago replaced front anti roll bar joints, bushes and front rear tires. High spec Prius - Xenon automatic front lights, reverse colour camera, media pack (Bluetooth, HDD, Aux and MP3) in Japanese language, touch sensor door unlock, alloy wheels, electric folding mirrors, rear windscreen wiper, front and rear armrests, working AC, rear tinted windows and original Prius floor mats. Never been in an accident or used as a taxi in my ownership. Bodywork has the odd age related scratch. Reason for sale - moving abroad otherwise I would not be selling. Some minor issues, which you probably won't notice in a test drive, but I want to be transparent (something trade sellers can't tell you as they've hardly used the car): 1) on cold mornings the brake pads sometimes squeak and then sounds goes away when warmed, this might be normal, but good to mention 2) the suspension 'sometimes' creaks when car is loaded coming off the drive, its not been a issue in any of the MOTs and the car drives fine so not looked into it. 3) the cigarette lighter in the front armrest recently stopped working, the one in the boot works.
