2013 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible 1.6 TDI DSG finished in white with anthracite grey alloy wheels. 108,000 miles with only 2 lady owners from new. I purchased the car from my partner's auntie, who owned it from new and looked after it throughout her ownership. The car is in good overall condition for its age and presents well. The bodywork has some age-related stone chips and some rust spots, but nothing unusual for a 13-year-old vehicle. It is fitted with all-weather tyres and the convertible roof works as it should. Please note that the DSG gearbox has a fault affecting 3rd and 5th gear selection. I have been advised that it requires a mechatronic unit repair/replacement after diagnostics. The car still drives, but the gearbox can jump when changing into certain gears. Due to the repair costs quoted to me, I have decided to sell the vehicle rather than proceed with the work. This would suit somebody with mechanical knowledge, access to a specialist, or anyone looking for a straightforward project. Aside from the gearbox issue, it is a really fun car to drive with superb handling and upto 70mpg! Priced accordingly to reflect the gearbox fault. Viewing welcome and any inspection encouraged.
