This lovely Mercedes SL320 has been my pride and joy for over 19 years, and very reluctantly I now have to offer it for sale. I would very much like it to go to a Mercedes enthusiast who will cherish and keep it in the way I have. I used to have my own specialist car repair business, now retired, so my cars have benefitted from my expertise.This stunning example of a R129, with the rare smoke silver paintwork and champagne leather, has been regularly maintained by myself using Mercedes O/E parts.Its just been serviced, new front brake discs and pads fitted, with new Michelin tyres. Any major repairs have been carried out by a Mercedes and other specialist workshops. The paintwork has been refurbished by a first class expert,and a new genuine Mercedes windscreen fitted by a Mercedes specialist. The hood was removed, new windows fitted, and other work done by a car trimming specialist. New DAB radio CD player fitted. The original hard top with storage stand and fitted cover. 2 spare key fobs and the original hand book and case. I have a full service/repair history file, with every invoice detailing all the repairs and parts used over the last 19 years. Over the last ten years this car has only been used during the summer months, traveling to classic car tours, shows and events. In the winter its covered and dry stored in the garage at my home.
