I have been the owner of this Volkswagen Golf 1.6 FSI automatic motor vehicle for the past 9 years, and it has been reliable for me during that period. However, I have always ensured that it was serviced each year to keep it safe to drive and running well. The last service was on the 5th May 2026 and the Golf is due for it's next MOT before the 18th May 2027, in 11 months time. This Volkswagen Golf has had just 2 previous owners. I have found this model easy to drive, and in my view it being an automatic enhances the driving experience. In addition, the Golf has generous boot space, especially with the back seats down, making it very practical for moving larger items.
