Description
2009 Audi A4 Cabriolet - Great Driver, Convertible Roof Working, Priced Accordingly
Well-maintained Audi A4 Cabriolet that has been a reliable daily driver and never let me down getting from A to B. The car drives smoothly, pulls well and is great fun to drive. The convertible roof is in good condition and operates as it should.
The car has recently developed an electrical fault affecting the remote central locking, electric windows and mirror controls. The engine starts and runs normally, and the vehicle remains fully drivable. The physical key still works manually in the door lock. Due to the nature of the fault, the car has been priced accordingly.
There is also an intermittent turbo-related issue where the car can occasionally enter limp mode on motorway journeys. Switching the ignition off and back on clears the fault and the car then drives normally again. This does not happen all the time, and I have completed long motorway journeys, including journeys of around 2 hours, without experiencing the issue.
The car also has a coolant leak that will require investigation. Depending on usage and mileage, the coolant level typically needs topping up every few weeks. Despite this, the car has remained reliable in my ownership and has continued to perform well as a daily driver.
The bodywork is in good overall condition for its age, although it would benefit from a clean and some general cosmetic tidying.
A genuine and honest sale with all known issues disclosed. Ideal for someone looking for a summer convertible, a project car, or someone familiar with Audi electrical and turbo systems.
Open to sensible offers. Priced to reflect the faults described above.
