This car is in very good condition and was purchased new by the current owner in 2016. It is still in great running order and is only being sold as I need to upgrade to a car with bigger storage capacity - that said, the boot space is very good and can be increased by removing the parcel shelf and using the cargo net - see pictures. It has a full service history up to the end of the SEAT warranty, and a partial service history thereafter; however, the car has always been serviced regularly and maintained in accordance with service intervals. The car will have a full service with an RAC mechanic on 16 June. Under current SEAT recommendations it will need a timing belt change at 120,000 miles - I recently confirmed this with a SEAT dealership. As you would expect with a car of this age it has some scratches and abrasions on the exterior and interior, but these are as a result of wear-and-tear rather than damage. (Wear-and-tear has been factored into the cost, which is lower than the Autotrader recommended price.) The car also comes with a SEAT rubberised / plastic boot tray which keeps the upholstery in the bottom of the boot clean, and SEAT rear window and rear screen blinds which can be inserted when required. Along with the cargo net - which means you can lower the rear seats, and compartmentalise the rear for transporting larger items - the rear window screens and blinds were purchased as an addition and are not a standard fit. The car is ULEZ compliant. MOT until Jan 2027. Isofix points in two rear seats. USB A charging points. Apple Car Play and Android are supported. The car has two keys. It has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out.
