Description
This car came to me through family from an elderly Aunt, who had the car from new.
It is a Petrol Automatic with just over 12,000 miles on the clock, I had it MOT'd in October last year, it passed with no advisory's, with the MOT man saying about the underneath, that it looked like new. MOT expires 07.10.2026.
Since the last MOT I have done under 2000 miles in the car, so I am selling the car as I have other vehicles and do not need it.
I just completed some service work on the car, as follows.
New Engine Oil and Engine Oil filter.
New Cabin/Pollen filter.
Inspected the Air filter, it looks like new.
Inspected the front and rear brakes, the front disks are lightly worn, which matches the low mileage, the brake pads are in excellent condition. The rear brakes are in excellent condition, the rear brake drum has no noticeable wear lip, which also matches the low mileage.
This is a 1.4cc engine, this design of engine has the advantage of a Cam chain, because it uses a metal chain rather than a rubber belt, it is designed to last the lifetime of the engine and does not require a scheduled replacement, so there is no cambelt anxiety, worrying if a cambelt needs to be changed, therefore no expensive cambelts or super expensive wet belts are required.
The 2 front tyres I had fitted before the MOT look in great condition having done around 2000 miles.
The 2 rear tyres have plenty of tread, one of the rear tyres is showing very, very slight signs of age.
The paintwork on the car is far from perfect, it has numerous small scratch and scrapes, if you are looking for perfect paintwork, this car will not suit you, the rear bumper has a minor marks/repair. One of the rear doors has a slight crease mark.
I can run the car up on ramps, if any serious buyer wants to view underneath.
