No VAT, ULEZ Compliant. Good condition throughout and was running and driving well. Needed a turbo which has been replaced but after the turbo was done the engine started fine but then run on and over revel due to some oil left in the intake from before and now will not start, will need repairs which we do not have time to do at the moment. Cheap little project for someone, great little van otherwise, sold as a non runner.
