Description
Originally supplied new by Citroen Manchester, this cactus has been my daily driver for work. In my ownership she's had:
* Decent oil and filter change.
* Front discs and pads.
* New rear tyres.
* Front spring.
Features:
Auto lights, auto wipers, LED DRL's, colour reverse camera, touch screen panel / infotainment, masses of storage spaces, quirky interior touches. There are also steering wheel controls for most features. Elec windows, elec mirrors etc.
Mechanicals:
Drives very well, starts on the button with no smoke or nasty noises. She drives straight and true and covers the ground well. This HDI unit is known for its economy (see my best return of 82 mpg!) and can handle the miles. The clutch is fine and the box is quiet. The front tyres have lots of tread on them.
Bodywork:
There are some small chips and scratches commensurate with the age and mileage. There is a ding above the airbump on the NSR door and a scrape leading back to the plastic arch cover. Ridiculously, this is what lead to her being Cat N. It's never bothered me and the arch trims are around the 30 quid mark and a dent repair person could sort the dent. It's not massively noticeable and doesn't detract from the cars overall appearance.
Interior:
The seats are comfy and the rear bench folds / splits. Theres a mark on one of the front seats but overall it's all presentable and everything works. I'm tall and the driving position is good for me. I also like the clear speedo reading in the driver's eye line.
General stuff:
There are two keys, the book pack and service history which goes to 62752. I would suggest another oil and filter change soon and for your own peace of mind consider a timing belt etc. These engines can cover very high miles if properly maintained. The log book is here in my name too.
I'm happy to answer any questions as best I can. Please, please no time wasters or offers of deposits. The figure quoted is more than fair even with the minor door damage.
