The tyres are nearly new with less than 1000 miles front & back. I have also changed the heater matrix, coolant tank and cap as a preventative measure (a very common issue on the mk7). Lastly, new genuine mirror glass on the drivers side (passenger in great condition) as these tend to delaminate. With all the rain we've experienced in the last few weeks, I'm very pleased to say there are no leaks (very common for the mk7 platform), as we have resealed the door speakers, and fitted a new boot badge drain. The bodywork cleans up really nicely, albeit there are the usual stone chips, particularly on the front end. The alloys would benefit from a refurb, however not essential. As mentioned, the car is very clean as I have given it a thorough valet, something few seem to do these days! The seats are in great condition, with only a few minor marks on the seat backs, door cards and boot trims etc as expected. V5 (in my name) and all paperwork available, two working keys, as well as the locking wheel nut key and factory breakdown kit/spare wheel, all in good order.
