2011 Volkswagen Golf GTI MK6 DSG - Japanese Import After owning the car for just over a year, I've decided it's time for someone else to enjoy it. This has been a fantastic car and one I've always looked after properly, with maintenance carried out well above what's required. I'm the second owner and the car is currently on just under 70,000 miles, although this will increase slightly as it's still being used. The car has been serviced every 5,000 miles and has never wanted for anything. The most recent service was completed just 3 weeks ago and included fresh oil, all filters and a full set of spark plugs, so it's ready to be enjoyed by its next owner. The car has been professionally Stage 1 remapped by Mac Tuning and drives exactly how a GTI should. It pulls strongly through all gears and feels noticeably sharper than a standard car while remaining perfectly usable as a daily driver. It also benefits from a 3-inch decat downpipe and resonator delete, giving it a deeper exhaust note and helping the car breathe more freely. The DSG gearbox has been serviced twice, with the latest DSG service carried out less than 7,000 miles ago. Gear changes are smooth and responsive, and the car drives exactly as it should. Specification and extras include: * DSG automatic gearbox * Xenon headlights * Apple CarPlay * DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) * Tinted rear lights (already fitted when imported) * Japanese import model Being a Japanese import, the car has been a pleasure to own and is a great example with low mileage for its age. Cosmetically, the car is in good condition overall. It's a 2011 car, so there are a few minor age-related marks as you'd expect, but nothing significant and it still presents very well for its age. This is a genuinely well-maintained GTI that's been serviced far more regularly than required, has had the important DSG maintenance carried out, and already has some tasteful modifications in place.
