Description

I have owned this vehicle for approximately 9 years and it has been very reliable and much loved family vehicle. The vehicle drives and there are no known issues with the engine or gearbox. There are no warning lights illuminated on the dash. The exterior of the vehicle has light scratches and scuffs, which I have tried to show in the photos, but the bodywork is generally in good overall condition. The interior of the vehicle is in reasonable condition given the age of the vehicle. There are no rips or tears in the seat covers, but they are stained. There is peeling present on the steering wheel and gear stick. The vehicle comes with a spare tyre with a good amount of tread, a locking wheel nut and two keys. The vehicle has an MOT, which expires 6th November 26. There are a few issues with the vehicle that I know of which require further investigation. I will list these below. 1. When the front nearside wheel goes over a pot hole or a rough patch in the road, the impact is noisier / harsher than the other side of the vehicle. 2. When the vehicle is being driven OR when it is stationary / ignition off and it is windy, there is a metallic rattling noise coming from under the vehicle. 3. The front passenger door must be opened manually from within when first unlocking the vehicle, as the central locking is not operating correctly. 4. When refuelling the vehicle you must do so slowly, as I find that the vehicle is very sensitive at garage pumps and is prone to cutting off the supply of fuel to the car if you depress the fuel pump lever fully and try to fill up quickly. 5. The rear passenger cigarette lighter is not working. 6. There is a parcel shelf present, but it is broken and won't stay open as the plastic retaining clip has broken off on one side. 7. The spare key needs a new battery.
