2005 EP3 Honda Civic Type-R, Premier Edition in Cosmic Grey, 187,000 miles, MOT til October. 2 Keys. Runs and drives great with no mechanical issues. 5 previous owners. Premier edition which includes Recaro seats, red carpet, and rear privacy glass. Cosmetically good condition for the age, although the alloys could do with a refurb. Pretty much stock apart from: - JDM EP3 rear anti-roll bar - Pioneer Bluetooth stereo + aftermarket speakers (Original stereo also included) - Gravity Performance stainless steel centre-pipe - HEL braided clutch line - Energy Suspension engine mount inserts The car will need some minor welding to get it back to 100%; there is a small hole at the bottom of the nearside rear arch (the rest is solid) as well as a couple of weak spots in the boot floor, but it's had work done previously and most of the metal in the usual areas is new so it shouldn't be a major job. The only other negative is an engine light for code p0420 which indicates a fault with the catalytic converter or exhaust sensors, though I haven't replaced this myself because the next owner might want to go a different route i.e. sports cats. This doesn't affect the driving at all, no limp mode and VTEC still engages and works as it should. Despite these negatives, the car still runs and drives faultlessly. It's had a whole lot of new parts since I bought it in 2020: -New Radiator -New AC Condenser -New battery this year -New Genuine Honda fuel filler neck, front + rear crash bars, front chassis brace -New Genuine Honda front + rear emblems -New OEM Exedy Clutch at 140k -New Genuine Honda headlight units -New front suspension arms -New Alternator + Idler pulley -New rear brake calipers -New handbrake cables -Lots of brake lines replaced Plus much more general maintenance like various bushes, boots, drop links, brake pads + discs replaced, and yearly servicing with good quality oil and filter.
