Description
This is a rare opportunity to purchase an exceptionally preserved time-capsule Vauxhall Corsa, first registered on 31st July 2003. My late mother purchased the car on 19th January 2004, when it had covered 2,206 miles, and I still have the original bill of sale to verify this. The car has been dry-stored ever since and now shows just 6,185 miles from new.
It has spent the last 22 years stored in a dry garage, protected from sunlight, moisture, and day-to-day wear. As a result, it remains in remarkable, original condition. The interior is currently dusty from long-term storage, but with a proper clean it will look virtually brand new, with unworn seats, clean fabrics, and untouched trim. The exterior is also in excellent condition for its age, with original paint and panels. The only notable flaw is a minor crack in the passenger-side wing mirror, which is easily replaceable if the new owner wishes.
To preserve its originality, the car has not been started. It will require a full pre-start inspection and recommissioning to ensure no damage is caused to the engine or components. There is also the opportunity to hand-crank the engine to verify free movement, allowing the next owner to confirm its mechanical condition without performing a full startup. This is a positive for collectors, as the car remains unmodified, and as it was when it left the showroom.
This is a genuine barnfind survivor, ideal for collectors, enthusiasts, or anyone looking for a unique, unrepeatable example of a small car from this era. Cars like this rarely come up for sale, especially with documented history, original paperwork, and mileage this low.
