Originally purchased July of 2023 with 72k miles, I am now selling as I have a new job requiring a longer motorway drive that's not well suited to a mini clubman. Part service history, I have evidence of the timing chain being replaced when I bought the car, and a water pump replacement by the previous owner. I have carried out servicings myself as required, including oil changes, replacement suspension springs and shock absorbers, and then this winter I replaced the thermostat, water pump, and friction wheel unit, and the lower engine/gearbox stabiliser (dog bone mount). New Hankook tyres fitted to the front ~1000 miles ago. Rears (Kumhos) have plenty of tread left. Space saver wheel in boot is included, as is the full size spare I have. Overall fair condition given age and mileage. Various stone chips and paintwork marks as to be expected. Mechanically and electrically everything works fine, including the cruise control and sunshine roofs. Long term average of 49mpg. It's not going to win any Concourse shows, but it's an honest car that's looked after me for 3 years and 50k miles, it deserves a good home that'll keep enjoying it as the practical and fun little estate car that it is.
