I have owned for almost 2 years (I'm the second owner) and it's been absolutely fault free, brought from BMW main dealer where they spend over 2k getting it ready for sale, new discs and pads all round new tyres and a load of other things I have proof of all this work. In my ownership Iv serviced it every 7-8k, I will service it again as it's had the gearbox serviced aswel at 100k been 8k since the last service Air con was re gassed at BMW and is ice cold! Heated seats too! Had wireless apple car play and android auto fitted! It does 45-50 mpg on the motorway it's such a good cruiser with the power there when you want it, It's been extremely well looked after all original not been messed about with at all, Loads of options to much to list! No issues with it at all! I love driving it but I need a 5 series touring for space! I have loved this car so much and I want it to go to someone who will enjoy it as much as I have, if you have any questions or want a video of it on cold start or anything like that then please let me know :)
