Description
2004 Porsche Boxster 550 Spyder Anniversary Edition, finished in metallic GT silver, with charcoal leather interior and black soft top.
The Boxster 550 Spyder Anniversary Edition was built to commemorate 50 years of the legendary 550 Spyder, originally launched in 1953. This limited edition model received a host of unique additional features over the standard Boxster S along with a boost in power to 266 bhp, making it highly collectable.
Approximately 150 Anniversary Editions were allocated to the UK from a worldwide production run of 1953 units, the console plaque on this car confirming it as number 1517.
The suspension is fitted with the M030 sports package, which reduce ride height by 10mm and adjusts damping and spring rates to produce a sharper and more driver-focussed chassis. This has further been aided by the extensive suspension refresh work carried out around 8000 miles ago, which the service history shows included:
- Fitment of new M030 suspension kit including roll bars, springs and dampers
- New front and rear top mounts
- New roller bearings
- New wishbones all round
- New drop links
- New front discs and pads
