There are obviously very few of these cars on today’s roads. What makes this car truly unique is the significant 33k of investment in restoration work since 2019. We are selling the car on consignment for the owner who has now decided to very begrudgingly pass on the car in his late retirement years. The car has a comprehensive service history although it has barely been used since it’s recommissioning with exception to trips to the MOT station, for which it just passed with no advisories! Restoration work included significant panel replacement with new Sills, floor pans, boot floor, jacking points, front chassis legs, front wings along with re-fabricated bulk head sections followed by a full respray in the correct coded paint. A full suspension overhaul was carried out with the vast majority of components replaced if not reconditioned including upgraded poly bushing. It drives unbelievably well as a result! New brake pads and discs were fitted all round along with all new copper piping and flexi hoses. Fuel lines were also replaced. Whilst the engine was out a Gasket Kit was fitted replacing the Rear Main Oil Seal, Chain Cover Gaskets, Rocker Cover Gasket etc. New Engine Mounts were also fitted.
