Highly coveted Executive trim with full alcantara leather interior, twin swivel captain's chairs, reverse camera, heated front seats, front and rear climate control, CarPlay, multiple charging points throughout and all the comfort features that make the Caravelle such a superb family vehicle plus a responsive engine. This was our dream van. We owned a SWB Caravelle for over 10 years and, with twins and all the associated equipment, always wished we had the extra space of the LWB combined with the more powerful engine. We finally upgraded, only to discover that our children are older, the buggy has long gone, and apparently we no longer need quite so much space! The deciding factor is that my wife refuses to drive it as it's "too long". LWB is around 30cm longer than the SWB. It even has a Rear reversing camera as well as sensors. The flexibility of the interior is fantastic. The rear bench slide forward and backwards, allowing either enormous boot space or limousine-like legroom for rear passengers. Plus they fold flat and can be slept on with a mattress. There are 4 Isofix points which we needed when we sought out a Caravelle. The electric sliding doors and swivel captain seats make configuration easily adaptable. Bikes fit. Camping gear fits. Fishing gear fits. It effortlessly swallows everything a busy family can throw at it. We bought this van intending to keep it for the next 10 years and searched extensively to find this particular specification. It has low mileage, has been well maintained and serviced regularly, and is a pleasure to drive. The previous owner had the vehicle professionally converted for wheelchair access by Lewis Reed. The conversion was professionally removed before our ownership and the vehicle now benefits from two leather swivel captain's chairs and the original three-seat rear bench arrangement. The only remaining effect is that the fuel tank is approximately 5 litres smaller than standard. This has never concerned us, but it does mean the fuel gauge range prediction may be slightly less accurate when running very low on fuel. Full service history.
