Description

2004 Jaguar XJ6 (X350) 3.0 V6 - Racing Green - 133k Miles - 2,000 2004 Jaguar XJ6 (X350) finished in Jaguar Racing Green with a cream leather interior. I've owned the car for the last year as a second vehicle, but now need an estate, so it's reluctantly up for sale. The private registration S33 JXJ is included in the sale. Approx. 133,000 miles (will increase slightly as still in use). The aluminium-bodied X350 is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The smooth 3.0 V6 runs perfectly, timing chains are quiet, and it has never given me any issues. Engine oil and filter were changed around 3,000 miles ago. Specification: - Heated front & rear seats - Electric memory driver's seat - Electric memory steering column & adjustable pedals - Factory Jaguar satellite navigation (4k option when new) - 18" alloy wheels - Michelin tyres all round with excellent tread - Full-size alloy spare with Michelin tyre - Recent brake discs & pads all round - Air suspension in full working order Comes with a large history file including previous paperwork, Jaguar magazine features and even an original newspaper advert. The bodywork is very tidy for its age with only the odd age-related mark. There is a small area of aluminium oxidation on the lower front of the driver's door caused by stone chips, which has been touched in. The headlining has started to sag slightly but is still held up and is shown in the photos. Last year's MOT had an advisory for surface corrosion on the rear subframe. It is structurally solid; I had intended to clean and repaint it but haven't had the chance. Happy for any inspection on a ramp. Known fault: The ABS warning light can come on once the engine bay is fully heat-soaked after a long drive. This is a common X350 fault caused by the ABS module (usually a cracked solder joint). It never shows from cold. Repair is around 250, or a used module is 50-70. Apart from this, everything works as it should. A superbly comfortable modern classic that's ready to enjoy. Genuine enquiries welcome. Happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing.
