Description
2011 Audi RS5 in Suzuka Grey with heated black leather seats. the bodywork is in exceptional condition, with great paintwork all round and low mileage.
No modifications, including working DRC suspension. Drives very well and sounds great, without being too loud. As this is the pre-facelift model, it has the hydraulic steering which feels nicer and a little more weighty than the electric system that came in the facelift. It also comes with a proper round steering wheel, not a flat bottomed one.
ULEZ compliant as Euro 4 Petrol. Not too many of these for sale that are standard, but this has all the silver trim and badging as it should. Four matching Continental SportContact 7s fitted last year.
Spec includes:
Heated sport seats.
Adaptive headlights with auto dipping.
Bang Olufsen sounds system with a Bluetooth adapter (Invery) for music streaming, which comes with the car. sound quality is very good from this system.
Tilting sunroof with a blind.
Cruise control.
Keyless start with start button (but not keyless entry, so safer)
DRC suspension that is very firm in Dynamic mode and comfortable when not.
S Tronic 7 speed gearbox with smooth shifts and great blips on the downshift.
MMI infotainment system.
Carbon fibre interior trim.
Folding rear seats make the car surprisingly practical.
All the buttons work, which is really what you need to know when buying any car, but it has a very comprehensive service history which includes gearbox services and drive position sensor, differential service and sensors replaced, regular engine servicing, all four brake discs and pads (genuine Audi) done in last 12 months and a new boot seal. The brake discs and pads were over 2k for the front and 1.2k for the rear, so you can enjoy this car without that expense looming.
I always warm the car up, which is helped by having an oil temp readout so you know when you can use all 8000+rpm. I never use launch control either, not sure why you would need it as the car is very spritely from a standstill.
I'll even leave the Crit'Air sticker, ready for European road trips. The car cruises very well for long distances and is comfortable. A well rounded GT car.
Test drive with your insurance only.
Selling as I have bought another car and don't really need two V8s, but will hopefully need something more practical soon.....
