Much loved Low Mileage Manual 987 GEN II Boxster. 3 owners including myself. I purchase it from a main dealer in 2013 and it has been cared for, serviced at a main dealer or our local Porsche specialist, and had everything it has ever needed including living in a dry garage. The car has had little use over the last few years but has been regularly moved (during the winter, up and down our residential road which is fortunately private and not a highway!) or driven (in the summer). The roof is also in excellent condition and has had the drains fully checked and cleaned out. The reason for using it less and now selling is simplemy two children seem to always need picking up together or with friends. This is a reluctant sale as you can tell but the car needs to be with someone who can use and enjoy it. There is a full service history with the car, including every repair that it has needed. It has never had any faults, but to maintain it properly has required significant spend and it has always had what has been needed or recommended. From March this year, 4 new tyres have been put on, 4 wheel alignment carried out and both the front wishbones replaced. These are shown as advisories on the last MOT. Whilst doing the wishbones, the bolt removal process cracked the front subframe bolt mountings and the Porsche main dealer sorted a Porsche UK contribution, so that has been done too. I have also added - -Porsche cruise control -Porsche Isofix and passenger airbag deactivation kitmy children loved being in their car seats in the front! -Renovated/sorted the awful BOSE system which muffled voices. With new amplifiers, splitters and front speakers, it is now crystal clear and reproduces music beautifully, even with the top down. -New head unit which allows for Apply carplay/Android and DAB, as well as CD. This is a 17 year-old masterpiece and I have not tried to make it a museum piece. It shows some wear on the plastics inside and the wheels show some time-effect on the paint and centres, even though they have been fully refurbed during my ownership. However, it is beautiful condition. Note that the wheels are 265/235 35 R19s I haven't decided whether to keep the personal plate but I will sort that prior to any sale. Oh and by the way, I can also advise which make and model of golf trolley fits precisely in the front storage compartment!
