Purchased from BMW, this car has given solid 4x4 safety for my family but with driver experience designed into the vehicle, and I must say has not disappointed. I am no boy racer but on the odd occasion when I have had to rely on the car to get us out of the way, it has exceeded expectations. The car has provided comfort, reliability and a real feeling of protection for the whole family. I have looked after the car and had the slightest thing seen to. It has full BMW service history which is all up to date. I have recently renewed all the tyres and front brakes (done by BMW). The exterior paintwork is an attractive photonic blue colour with complimentary aluminium trim. There are no dings or obvious scratches and the alloy wheels have no scuffs or scrapes. There is an electronically deployable tow bar which I have occasionally used to take the trailer to the local recycling centre (nothing heavy). This is effortless with a dedicated setting in the rear view camera which makes aligning the tow hitch a piece of cake, particularly as you can lower or raise the car on the air suspension. You don't even know you are towing when you are driving. Folds away seamlessly with a touch of a button and you would never know it was there. Inside is a lovely ivory Vernasca perforated leather and aluminium mesh detail to the dash. Front seats are heated and all electric and the driver seat has memory settings. Ambient lighting (which the children are always changing) and a more than adequate HIFI. Comes with a wireless charging pad and a wifi hotspot. Also, with CarPlay/Android Auto. I only use CarPlay which has all the usual music, phone, satnav apps etc. The BMW has these things built in as well but this gives more choice. Performance is amazing. It is a plug in hybrid with a 3 litre petrol engine. It is probably the quietest car I have driven but it has a nice growl if you have to accelerate unexpectedly. It has a c.50 mile electric range and I have included a snapshot from the BMW phone App after a charge just to show this. Most of my trips are local and I rarely get off electric which makes it very economical car to run. I have not had to fill the tank since before the Iran war! I will genuinely miss this car but a car now comes with the job and it would be a shame for this car to go to waste. Happy to answer any questions and you are welcome to come and go for a spin.
