Listing on behalf of my father, our Lexus GS450h (hybrid). MOT until May 2027 (The last MOT mileage was recorded at 0 miles due to a dead trip computer screen, and hence no mileage shown. I have since had the gauge cluster replaced with a fully working one). It has comprehensive Lexus service history until around 107,000 miles. Brake components are in healthy condition with lots of life in them. I have just changed the front pads on 23/06/2026. It has come up with a check hybrid system light. We've had it diagnosed comprehensively and it has come back as a failed auxiliary transmission pump. The hybrid battery pack itself is in healthy condition, as is the other components of the hybrid system. It still starts, runs and drives on fuel power only and without the hybrid system. It's an SE-L spec, being the highest trim level available, which includes: radar cruise control, Mark Levinson Audio, a fully working tilt/slide sunroof, sat-nav infotainment system (albeit a bit dated now!), heated/ventilated electric front seats. It's a very generously optioned car, so there is likely a lot more that I have missed. These are incredibly dependable and reliable cars when the hybrid system is running correctly. Unfortunately with this, it took only 19 years for a component of it to fail. That being said, it still runs and drives well, with the engine and transmission running fine.
