An excellent mechanical condition MX-5, sought after 2.0 litre model with the 6 speed transmission and a newly reconditioned engine fitted less than 20,000 miles ago. The new engine was fitted by A.B. Race and performance, Macclesfield. I'm putting some feelers out on the sale of this great car. I've driven it on most of North Wales' scenic routes and what Mazda designed is superb. This car has a couple of subtle after market cosmetic changes like a Nardi hardwood short shift gear stick and an updated bluetooth compatible touchscreen radio that bring it into the present tech era. I've done a lot of work on the peripheral parts that were a bit worn out so it has all new bearings front and back, new track rods and replacement track rod end boots where needed, all fluids (transmission, engine and differential) have been replaced. New brake callipers on the front and discs on the back. It comes with one key, has four months MOT and Road tax remaining. There is some rust underneath, the MOT record is clear though so nothing structural and a couple of paint chip repairs over the years as to be expected with a car this age. I've been as transparent as possible with images. Overall this is a wonderful car with many many miles of affordable fun driving ahead of it, it's currently in use recreationally so the mileage will go up a bit, it isn't driven in wet weather or to commute and it's only running on the higher octane E5 fuel. I'd prefer it was sold to a driver who would drive it as it should be, having fun on B roads.
