This is a great little runabout or first car, the original Ferrari red, has now faded to a unique shade best described as "sunset salmon" or "embarrassed pink" with a few spots of peeling clear coat lacquer. I wouldn't worry too much about the appearance and just drive it into the ground if you want! GOOD: - Reliable! It starts every time, automatic gearbox all good, and all is mechanically sound. - It's cheap on insurance - Fuel economy isn't too bad (we're getting 39-40mpg for short trips). Road tax is 265 due to it being auto - Surprisingly practical, as the rear seats slide forward and backward and the passenger seat lifts up for hidden storage. - There's front and rear DASH CAMS that I'll leave in there for the new owner. NOT GOOD: - Not sure about the A/C, we never tried re-gassing it. Best to just assume it doesn't work (like most old cars). Hopefully it will though if you want to look into getting it re-gassed. - A few scrapes that look to have been painted over by previous owners, but what can you expect for a 2004 Micra. - Heat shield rattles, as so does a panel in the boot - No parcel shelf THINGS WE'VE SPENT MONEY ON: Since we've had it we've replaced the exhaust backbox/muffler, one of the springs, and did a bit of welding to get it through its recent MOT. I personally also cleaned up the faded headlights and replaced the steering wheel as the original one had melted due to overuse of hand sanitizer! NO OFFERS. If you can find a better auto for the money, please go for that one Selling as we have another car and this is just sitting in the garage (did less that 1000 miles last year)
