2016 Volkswagen Golf SV - 2,500 We have owned this Golf SV for the last 8 years and it has been a very reliable family car. It has covered 111,000 miles and is mechanically sound. There are no engine warning lights and it still drives well for its age and mileage. We are only selling because it is time for us to move on to a newer car, not because of any mechanical issue. The main thing to be aware of is the cosmetic condition. It has not always been driven or treated with the greatest care and, after 8 years of family life and children, it has picked up quite a few bodywork marks and the interior would benefit from a proper clean. Nothing affects the running of the car, but aesthetically it is definitely not perfect. Similar age and spec Golf SVs in better condition are listed for 5,000+ on Autotrader, so we have priced this realistically to reflect the cosmetic work required and to sell. With some bodywork attention and a good interior clean, this could be a great car again. In summary: aesthetically poor, mechanically good, and priced accordingly.
