For sale: my 986 Boxster S in speed yellow with 88k miles. I have loved owning the car but the time has come for somebody else to enjoy it. I have a young family so I'm not using it as much as previously and I drove the Northumberland 250 in it during the warm weather, which is an experience I don't think I'll ever top. I bought the car in May 2023. The previous owner had garaged it and used it sparingly. I therefore had a full service and additional work including new polybelt, spark plugs and brake fluid change carried out by Revolution Porsche in Leeds to recommission it. I also fitted new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres. I have now done ~10k fuss-free miles and the car drives well, with the clutch feeling good, throttle responsive and handling tight. I have had annual servicing undertaken by Zuffenhaus during this time (May 2024, May 2025 and June 2026). I have also had various maintenance items done: MAF sensor (May 2025), coolant and air con radiators (October 2025), water pump (October 2025), exhaust clamps and bump stops (July 2024), etc. I have all paperwork for this, some for work prior to me, and original documentation including the Porsche purchase order (see picture). There are 20 stamps in the service book and the MOT history is very clean, passing again with no advisories in April. I garage it in the winter and cover it otherwise. The paintwork has minor chips but no scratches/scuffs. The hood is in good condition and I replaced the screen in June 2026. A new owner would want to keep an eye on the lacquer peel on the rear quarter (see picture). The interior is in good condition. The seat leather is tight and tidy with no rips or tears, and the dash clean. There is light scuffing to the centre console area. I replaced the stock head unit with a Continental Bluetooth but have the original. An air con pipe needs replacing for the system to blow cold and the central locking button on the dash lights up intermittently; I think this is an issue with the passenger door lock/latch module but the central locking still functions. Overall I will be enormously sad to see it go. I have been transparent about the condition but this is the same of all Boxster 986s. This is an honest example that has been well looked after, is the more sought-after 3.2 S and a rare colour. I'm happy to discuss further, arrange viewings and take any serious prospective buyer for a drive in it. Whatever they do with it, it will bring somebody else a lot of joy. Dan
