Description
One of the last UK 996 GT3s (supplied October 2005). Originally a "comfort" spec, it has been meticulously upgraded into a phenomenal fast road and track car.
Factory Spec: Xenon lights, full on-board computer, colour-coded centre console, red seat belts.
It also benefits from the following upgrades: Genuine Porsche Nomex "elephant ear" bucket seats, Techquipment half cage, Moton Clubsport 2-way dampers (refurbed 2021), RSS semi-solid engine mounts, and Michelin Cup 2 tyres (fitted Spring 2025).
Major Recent Expenditure with over 30k of maintenance receipts in the past 10 years.
This car bypasses the usual deferred maintenance common to many 996 GT3s, benefiting from extensive recent investment:
Gearbox Rebuild (8k+): Built by Sports & Classic. Features a shorter "Cup" final drive/differential for rapid acceleration, paired with a longer Turbo 6th gear for lower RPM cruising.
Brakes (4k+): New Alcon discs and Pagid RSL29 pads front/rear (May 2025). Calipers fully refurbished by BCS (Dec 2025).
Suspension Geometry (2k+): 12-hour fast road/track setup by Chris at Center Gravity (Oct 2024), including a damper dyno, new springs, and fresh suspension arms.
Clutch & Flywheel: GT3 RS 4.0 clutch and lightweight flywheel (2021).
Cooling & Engine: All 3 coolant radiators replaced (June 2026), new water pump (Dec 2021), and preventative new coil packs (Dec 2025).
Other: New Cup front splitter (May 2026), ARB drop links (Dec 2025), and new exhaust silencers (Dec 2024).
Service History
Comprehensive, fully stamped official Porsche service book featuring 18 services. Strictly maintained by Porsche Main Dealers (Wilmslow, Bolton) and leading specialists (Tech 9, Parr, Nine Excellence, Sports & Classic, Copse Automotive). Last service completed at 86,286 miles in December 2025.
Condition & additional info:
The paintwork is bright and stunning, protected by full front-end PPF. Minor stone chips and slight peeling at the back of the front arches consistent with age. The wheels are unkerbed but would benefit from a cosmetic refurb to be perfect.
A very reluctant sale due to starting a new business and needing the capital to get it off the ground.
While most GT3s on the market require 10-15k to bring them up to scratch and drive like they should, this car is fully sorted and ready to enjoy now.
