Description
An exceptional July 1979 MGB (1798cc) finished in classic Racing Green.
This car was owned until recently by my father for approximately 25 years and, during that time, became both a long-term restoration project and a genuine passion. Dad devoted countless hours, considerable care, and significant investment into restoring, maintaining, and sympathetically improving the car. As an engineer, he approached every aspect of its upkeep with meticulous attention to detail, and it was a source of immense pride and enjoyment throughout his ownership.
As a result of his dedication, the car is presented in excellent condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. It looks superb inside and out and drives exceptionally well.
The car is accompanied by a comprehensive history file, including documentation dating back to its original purchase. The file also contains detailed records of the restoration, maintenance, and engineering work carried out by my father over the years, providing a fascinating insight into the car's life and provenance. It is an invaluable resource for any enthusiast who appreciates a well-documented classic with a known history.
It is a reluctant sale, and I hope that the purchaser will share my Dad's appetite and passion for the glory days of British Motoring.
