Description

Volvo C30 DRIVe 160,000 miles. Excellent service, maintenance history. MOT until 11/01/2027. 1.6 Deisel, super economical. 35 a year to tax. 3 door coupe. Reliable, starts first time every time. This is an excellent, cheap reliable run-around with excellent spec and someone will be very happy with it. Ive owned this car since 2011, and it's been serviced and well maintained, every year (until this year, not serviced as selling and no longer financially worth professional servicing). Very high spec when new, key less driving system, duel zone climate control, heated leather seats, xenon headlights, Sat Nav. Sunroof, CD Bluetooth, cruise control etc. etc. everything works fine unless I've listed below. Full transparency, this is an old car and has some niggling issues as you'd expect, although nothing that would prevent MOT and many more years driving. Issues. Replaced drivers seat. The original was an electric memory seat. This failed and was going to cost more than the car to replace. I replaced it was a manual seat and then transferred the seat learher skin off the original onto the new one. It looks feels exactly the same, heated element still works, however there's no lever to pull the seat forward down to get into the rear, so rear passengers must get in via the passenger door. Washer bottle. Constantly get the fill bottle warning, i think it's a sensor issue as still seems to have plenty of fluid available to wash the screen. Occasionally BLIS service light. (Blind spot warning system). This comes and goes every 6/12 months. Volvo had it for weeks to sort, replaced everything and still error pops up occasionally. Turn it on and off and it clears the error for another 6 months. ABS warning, this tends to pop up on long motorway journeys, again has been in and swapping lots of stuff but still pops up occasionally. Again, turn it on and off and it clears the error. Sunroof, as far as i know works fine, but it was repaired 2/3 years ago and I don't trust it, so not opened it for years. If parked on a steep slope in heavy rain, water can get into the footwells.
