Here is my beloved Peugeot 205 with Rallye inspired styling. Originally a 1.1 look but had lots of bits added. This car has been my pride and joy for 3 years but needing to sell it to pay for a new van as I can't justify having this many vehicles. Country of origin is not France it's a right hand drive, no idea why it says that other than Peugeot being French. I have all the receipts of work done by garages since I've owned it but came with nothing previously. Was owned by a father and son as the son's first car (lucky him) so most of the work was done by them in their ownership other than MOT's of course. I have used this car as my daily over the 3 years of ownership mainly as a city car. I've even driven this back to my parents house in Newcastle from Brighton and it never missed a beat. Smashes out incredible mpg in the 60's depending on how you drive it. Only ever used the good unleaded since I've had it to protect the pipes from modern ethanol rubbish. Insurance and tax is incredibly low as well. Within a few years of being MOT exempt also. It's been a upgraded as and when as I've had it but always been a ready to drive everyday car alongside it. It's been upgraded to a 106 five speed gearbox which makes motorway driving way more comfortable. Original TU1 1.1 engine has usual 205 leaks and rattles but runs really well. It of course is still a choke based engine (no injectors). The three garages I've taken it to (first was a classic Peugeot specialist but he retired) have commented on it being in great nick underneath. Sills still in great shape. Comes with two keys, one original and one aftermarket. Stuff Ive had done other than obvious yearly oil and filters changes, The obvious front vallance. Within last five years its had, Bilstein dampers Driveshaft Cam belt Water pump Distributor rotor and cap Aerial The car is by no means a show room model. There are many dings to the paint and scratches. It also has an upgraded sound system so bluetooth works for spotify or similar from your phone and sounds pretty good given its age.
