Reluctantly selling my 2016 Volkswagen Golf GTD DSG. I've owned the car for the last year and it's been faultless for me. Only selling due to a change in circumstances. The car has covered 113,000 miles but don't let that put you off - it's been exceptionally well maintained throughout its life and comes with a huge folder of paperwork, invoices and receipts. One of the biggest positives is that the previous owner had a full engine rebuild carried out by Volkswagen at around 56,600 miles, costing approximately 10,000 (invoice included). The car has since covered around 56,000 miles with no issues, showing the work was completed properly. Maintenance has never been skimped on. The DSG gearbox changes smoothly, the engine pulls strongly and there are no warning lights. It's a genuine, honest example that's been cared for properly rather than just serviced when necessary. Cosmetically it's in good condition for a 10-year-old car with this mileage. As you'd expect there are a few age-related marks, and the alloy wheels could benefit from a refurbishment if you wanted them perfect, but overall it presents really well. I'm the fourth owner. This isn't the cheapest GTD you'll find, and it isn't priced to be. There are plenty of cheaper ones out there, but very few with this amount of documented maintenance and money spent.
