I'm selling my 2010 Volkswagen Golf Bluemotion 1.6 TDI, which has been a fantastic, reliable and economical car throughout my ownership. I am only the second owner, having owned the car since January 2019. The first owner had the car from new and used it as a company/work vehicle. It was professionally maintained regardless of cost, and I've continued that approach throughout my ownership. During the last 7 years, the car has mainly been used as a motorway commuter, so it has covered easy motorway miles rather than lots of short stop-start journeys. The car has covered 171,000 miles (this will increase slightly as it's still in daily use). It comes with a full service history, 2 keys, and a large folder of paperwork and receipts, demonstrating how well it has been looked after throughout its life. Mechanically, the car is excellent and drives exactly as it should. The next service is due in approximately 1,500 miles. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the way the car drives. There was also a chip in windscreen which was repaired from previous owner, has never been a issue or come up on mot. Reason for sale: Only selling because I've recently bought a larger vehicle, so the Golf is no longer needed.
