Produced in extremely limited numbers for the UK market, the GR Special Edition represents one of the rarest and most desirable versions of the A90-generation Supra. At its heart is the acclaimed 3.0-litre turbocharged B58 straight-six engine, producing 340 PS and driving the rear wheels through the hugely desirable 6-speed manual transmission. While the GR Supra had already established itself as an outstanding performance coupe, the introduction of the manual gearbox transformed the character of the car, creating the more involving driver's car enthusiasts had been asking Toyota to build from the outset.
