I'm selling my S-Max as we no longer need a second car. It's in nice clean condition with seven seats, and I have two keys, the radio code, the service handbook and a bunch of service invoices. I've done very little mileage in the 12 months I've owned it, and it's always started easily so the battery is in good shape. Here are the good points: - 11 months MOT - oil and filter change done in last 200 miles - two nearly new front tyres with around 150 miles on them - front brake discs changed just over 1000 miles ago - both front anti roll bar links and suspension arms replaced 2 years and 3,000 miles ago - all electric windows and the air con work fine - car starts on the button and idles beautifully - there is a good service history until 95,000 miles, after that it's patchy but I suspect the previous owner had it serviced at the local Formula One autocentre where it was MOT'd regularly - two former owners before me Here are the not so good points: - the engine has a tendency to cut out. It's an intermittent fault. The emissions for the MOT passed easily, indicating to me that the fault is not a serious one, although I haven't had time to have it properly diagnosed - there is an obvious big ding on the nearside front and rear door, although both doors open and close fine - the parking sensors do not work - the bonnet release in the footwell has been replaced with a pull wire in the front grille - the Ford badges front and rear and the wheels are quite corroded I've fitted the roof bars recently and will take those off the car before the sale.
