I've owned this mini for two years now. I bought it from a lovely guy round the corner who has done all the servicing since. It was MOT'd last weekend and now has almost 13 months MOT! Next MOT date is 24th August 2027. It's in great condition for the most part, with expected wear and tear for a car of this age. It drives beautifully (it is a mini :), and would make an excellent first car. There are a couple of things worth mentioning. 1. The cigarette lighter port doesn't work. I've found an ebay seller offering very cheap replacements, so definitely easy to fix if it's important to you. 2. There is a scratch on the roof. I have painted over it with the official paint, though it's still noticeable if you're looking for it. Work done in the last two years includes: steering angle sensor, heated oxygen sensor, rear roll bar link, lower arms and bushes on both sides, head gasket skimmed, oil and filter replaced, exhaust camshaft sensor and actuator, spark plugs and alternator wiring harness, wiring loom replaced, near side front ball joint, new hand brake cable, door seals and more. I'm selling to move to an EV, but will miss this car a great deal. Once the lease on an electric mini gets a bit more reasonable I'll be moving back to one!
