The sheer usefulness of these Skoda Roomsters 1.9 TDi are an absolute novelty, bombproof, 12 months MOT and just £1495 YOU cannot buy better, we market our Cars, MPV’s, estate cars, 4x4’s and a few jags to people who LOVE VALUE for money just like we do, This one here is a 2010 registered one that was bought by myself back in late 2023 on a spur of a moment decision as I needed a reliable old workhorse to use, having used the car a few months and with spring arriving the one thing that this skoda roomster had a problem with became more irritating, the electric windows were a problem, so having the need for fresh air driving over the picturesque wolds daily I decided to send this to my mechanics to get fixed up, of course spanners guys don't like working with car electrics so the vehicle was pushed back until we could get a car sparky to pop around and take a look, bought switches, looms, swapped this etc etc all to no avail, as it became clear that nobody was going to be able to sort this seemingly simple repair out, one minute the drivers door window was working fine if we pulled the switch out of its position BUT put it back and it wouldn't work.. SO thought screw it, it works up and down by just moving the switch so a little inconvenience can be easily overcome. Summory, The drivers side window will work ok if you play around with the switch, the other dont work. Who cares it'll be autumn in a few days and nobodys going to want the windows down anyway!
