Bought this car at the start of summer as a project to work on with my son. We have done masses of work to is and comes with a fresh 12 months MOT to 3/08/27. Work done: New tyres front and rear Wheels refurbished and powder coated New rear brake callipers and pads New front brake pads New wiper blades New air intake snorkel New coil pack (Bosch part not cheap rubbish) Oil filter housing (quality used part) and new gasket New exhaust (note this was advisory on MOT) New gear linkage pin New front strut tops and bearings Rear offside swing arm, hub and bearing (quality used part) New nearside track rod end and drop link Full service - Oil change, oil filter, air filter and spark plugs Front and rear brake discs although have been on the car a while, have absolutely no wear, no lip at all, so have done very few miles. Car runs very well, and smoothly, no issues whatsoever after all the work done. The roof works and it has been out in the torrential rain past few days with no leaks evident. Only item that does not work are the rear parking sensors - not sure why you need them on a car this small Do bear in mind that this is a 22 year old car, it is not in showroom condition or a mint example. Both the interior and exterior show marks from it's 22 years on the road. It is however presentable, running very well and a fun little car. The MOT shows 2 advisories - Exhaust backbox in poor condition. This has now been fully replaced. It's a standard aftermarket exhaust and backbox but is quite fruity sounding and suits the car well. Misting on offside front shock - this was picked up at last MOT also. Slight misting is considered normal. No issue with function of shock. I have V5 in my name, MOT cert and recent paperwork / receipts for all the parts I have bought and fitted. Car comes with 1x fully working key and owners manual. Car is located in Avonbridge FK1 Scotland. Test drives with insurance are welcome. I am looking for 1650 but open to sensible offers.
