I have a SUPER low mileage Fiat Panda, on only 33k miles from new. This had been owned by an elderly lady the last 14 years and maintained very well. Recently had 4 new tyres, drop links, track rod ends, bottoms arms a new exhaust, gearbox mounts, It's now came to me needing a few minor bits for the MOT (welding and wheel bearings) which is booked in for this week so will be sold with 12 months MOT. These cars are extremely practical, very spacious inside for a hatchback yet still extremely easy to park and drive around town. I actually had one of these my self for a while which I used to regularly commute to Cardiff from Worcester and it never let me down. It has a 1.2 litre engine so it's cheap to run and insure.
