We've also comfortably used it as our family car with a newborn (now toddler) in a rear-facing seat, so it's perfectly practical for day-to-day family use as well. --- CONDITION I'd rather be upfront about the car than have anyone arrive to find surprises, so here are the main things worth noting: - Both rear sills have previously had rust (not uncommon on Fiestas of this age). I carried out a DIY repair using an epoxy-based treatment, which has held up well, although some rust is beginning to reappear. It wasn't an MOT issue and the car has just passed with a full year's MOT. I've included photos of both sides so potential buyers can judge the condition for themselves. - There is general surface corrosion underneath the vehicle, noted as an MOT advisory. - The latest MOT also advises "light misting of oil from the offside rear shock absorber." My local garage inspected this and advised no repair is currently required. - The MOT also advises corrosion on the front brake pipes where they meet the flexible hoses.
