1. It is back on its original (renewed) plate number SJ54 HHC but will give the X50 CNB plate retention rights for free. 2. MOT due in 1 year: 1st of July 2027. All existing advisories sorted, zero outstanding. 3. In the last 500 miles, in addition to fixing MOT advisories, I have done: a. Oil service (oil change + filter + cabin filter) b. New Michelin CrossClimate 3 Sport tyres at the front, Michelin literally just released those in 2026. The rears are still very good so didn't replace them, but correct size Michelin CC3S were released too to match the front ones when they are due replacement. c. Brand new H&R spacers all around, looks AMAZING. d. Central resonator replaced by stainless steel X-pipe, sounds AMAZING. e. Octa-core head unit (wireless Carplay, Android auto, everything) f. Various irrelevant things like wiper blades etc g. A/C is fully gassed h. Giant panoramic roof works perfectly, was replaced by previous owner, still under warranty (I think) i. New Bosh AGM battery 95ah, the maximum and best that fits in e53s. j. Everything works (Air suspension, etc), zero OBD error message or faults whatsoever. k. Gearbox / engine perfect. VERY fast car. 4. Bad bits: a. Bumpers are scratched (central London parking), paint is in fair condition on the rest of the car but scratched on some parts, a big one above the rear plate. Roof rail paint is gone on some spots. b. Front bumper is a bit sagging on the driver side, a few millimeters maximum, it is my fault, I damaged the clips while removing it to replace the Adaptive Bi-Xenon above it myself. c. The driver door handle just stopped working from outside, works from inside, it's a common decease of the e53, easy to fix but can't be bothered, hence the low price too. d. Rear right plastic wheel arch extension fell, 25p on eBay. e. Maintenance folder is weak. I am not saying it was not maintained properly, but the file I was given is slim and messy. The work I have done is evidenced by the parts invoices, but lots done by myself + Technic Auto Centre E8 who you can call, they know the car well and did some of work + MOT. 5. IT'S 1/3 OF THE PRICE OF THE NEXT 4.8is on AT, lots of car for the money, low price because of the cosmetic imperfections and more importantly need the space for new car so the x5 is heavily discounted.
