Description
2014 SEAT Leon FR 2.0 TDI 184 PS
A very well-maintained example with an excellent service history, carried out by both a SEAT main dealer and a highly regarded VAG specialist in Bristol.
The car is in very good condition for its age and mileage, with only minor marks and stone chips consistent with normal use. It comes with a large folder of invoices and supporting paperwork.

The main common issues associated with this generation of Leon have therefore already been dealt with during my ownership.
Finished in Candy White and in the desirable FR specification, with optional 18-inch alloy wheels, Alcantara interior and the rarer 184 PS diesel engine. This engine and gearbox combination is essentially the same as that fitted to the contemporary Volkswagen Golf GTD.
It offers an excellent balance of performance, torque and economy. Around 60 mpg is easily achievable on a longer run, while annual road tax is just 20.
The car has MOT until until August 2027 with no advisories.
Points to note
The alloy wheels would benefit from a cosmetic refurbishment, and the front end has some stone chipping, as expected for the age and mileage.
This has been an excellent and dependable car during my ownership and I will genuinely be sad to see it go. It has been ideal for my weekly 70-mile motorway commute, but a change in circumstances means I am no longer covering the same distance and no longer need a diesel. I have therefore replaced it with an automatic 2.0 TSI Leon.
