VW Golf 1.4 TSI DSG Automatic - 68,000 Miles I'm selling my wife's Volkswagen Golf as we're moving abroad. It has been a reliable and comfortable car, mainly used for commuting and social journeys. It has always been driven sensibly, serviced on time and well looked after. The car has covered around 68,000 miles, which is low for its age. The service book contains eight stamps, with the remaining services supported by invoices and receipts, as some garages appear to have serviced the car without stamping the book. It comes with a large folder of paperwork showing servicing and other work carried out by reputable independent garages and Volkswagen dealerships. A DSG gearbox service was completed in August 2025 for extra peace of mind. The previous owner also had gearbox work carried out at around 45,000 miles, costing close to 2,000, with invoices included. We have always used good-quality parts, including Mann filters, Bosch front and rear wipers and quality brake components.
