Jaguar XE Portfolio 240 PS AWD A great, usable example of a high-spec Jaguar XE Portfolio. Being the Portfolio model, it comes with an excellent level of equipment, including a panoramic sunroof, heated steering wheel, heated front seats, heated front and rear windscreens, and perforated leather upholstery, to name just a few. This is also the desirable 240 PS all-wheel-drive diesel model, not to be confused with the far more common 180 PS version. Finished in the timeless combination of Santorini Black with black perforated leather and complemented by chrome window surrounds, it still looks as smart as ever. The optioned 19 inch alloy wheels really finish it off. The bodywork is in good overall condition, with only a few age-related marks as you'd expect from a car of this age. The interior is equally well presented, with only light signs of use. The heated seats, steering wheel and windscreen make a real difference during the colder months, while the optional folding rear seats add extra practicality when carrying larger items. Mechanically, the car runs exactly as it should. For peace of mind, I had the timing chain replaced shortly after purchasing the car by a Jaguar specialist, with an oil service carried out at the same time. Earlier this year, the ZF 8-speed automatic gearbox was also serviced using genuine ZF parts as preventative maintenance to help ensure the long-term reliability of one of the best automatic gearboxes fitted to modern cars. This is a genuine private sale. I originally bought the car for my wife, but she never really used it. I ended up keeping it because it's such a pleasant car to drive and have covered just over 4,000 miles in it myself. We're now in the process of moving house and, with two other cars, it simply isn't getting the use it deserves. The mileage will increase slightly as I still enjoy using it from time to time.
