This is the ideal car for a growing family. Having had one owner/driver since new, our Galaxy has been serviced at the same Guildford (Surrey) dealership (Inchcape Ford - Think Ford - Group1Auto Ford) since delivery in November 2017 (full service history provided). The recent sudden failure of the original engine's head gasket led to the car having a completely new engine fitted last month. This now extends the car's life very significantly, with new and replacement parts having a one-year warranty. The annual service has also just been carried out and the car will be sold with its new MoT certificate (issue date 17 August 2026). The car's condition internally and externally is very good overall with two minor scuffs to wheel arch paintwork (touch-up paint set included) and some wear and tear marks to the internal trim. The battery was replaced in March 2026. Four new Hankook tyres were fitted in February 2025. The main optional feature ordered when new was the panoramic moonroof (including full-length retractable sunblind), with pull-up sunblinds for the middle row windows also being specified. The flexibility of its internal layout is the Galaxy's biggest selling point and the most welcome feature when optimising the space between passengers and luggage. A removeable and retractable luggage cover fits behind the middle row of seats when the rear seats are folded flat.
